Abstract

This article explores professional vocabulary from a linguocultural perspective through functional and semantic analysis. The study investigates the stabilization, semantic development, and communicative functions of professional lexical units within various occupational and cultural contexts. Professional terminology reflects not only specialized knowledge but also the cultural identity and social values of language communities. The research employs descriptive, comparative, contextual, and linguocultural methods to analyze the semantic and functional characteristics of professional vocabulary. The findings demonstrate that professional terms develop through continuous interaction between language, culture, and communication. Furthermore, the study reveals that linguistic standardization and cultural adaptation play significant roles in the formation of stable professional terminology. The research contributes to modern linguistic studies by highlighting the relationship between professional discourse and linguocultural processes.
