Abstract

Maqolada Murray Bail badiiy asarlaridagi narrativ ovoz kuzatuv, masofa, istehzo va vositali identifikatsiyani shakllantiruvchi asosiy stilistik hamda kognitiv mexanizm sifatida tadqiq etiladi. Narratologiya va kognitiv stilistika asosida Homesickness (1980) va Eucalyptus (1998) romanlari sifatli matn tahlili va nazariy triangulyatsiya yordamida o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari Bailning doimiy ravishda shaxsiylikdan xoli, kuzatuvchi hikoyachidan foydalanishini ko‘rsatadi; bu ovoz leksik aniqlik, sintaktik soddalik va epistemik masofa bilan xarakterlanadi. Ushbu narrativ strategiya psixologik ichki nutqni cheklab, idrok, tasnif va makoniy ramkalashni asosiy tamoyilga aylantiradi. Maqolada narrativ ovoz subyekt, makon va mafkura o‘rtasidagi kognitiv interfeys sifatida talqin qilinadi hamda Bail ijodida Avstraliya identifikatsiyasini qayta talqin qilishdagi markaziy rolini asoslaydi
