Abstract

This thesis explores the significance of online collaborative writing resources in enhancing the writing skills of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) students. It emphasizes the importance of proficient writing skills for academic and professional success and delves into the benefits of collaborative writing, including idea exchange, peer feedback, and collective problem-solving. The study examines various online collaborative writing resources, such as Google Docs, Microsoft OneNote, Padlet, Quill, Storybird, and the Tandem app for language exchange. Additionally, it discusses the impact of the Tandem app on language learning, including its real-time engagement, personalized learning experience, and access to diverse language combinations.
