The article explores various strategies and considerations for improving the preparation of future educators in this regard, including creating inclusive and culturally responsive classrooms, promoting social justice and equity, encouraging reflection on personal values and biases, and practicing mindfulness and reflection. integration and building meaningful relationships are discussed. with students.
