Abstract

Hozirgi kunda sintetik kimyoviy dori moddalarining va oziq-ovqat sanoatidagi turli xil sintetik qo‘shimcha va birikmalarning zaharliligini oldini olish uchun o‘simliklardan olingan tabiiy mahsulotlardan foydalanish maqsadga muvofiqdir. Ushbu tezisda qalampir yalpiz (Mentha piperita) o‘simligining farmatsevtikada, tibbiyotda, oziq-ovqat va boshqa sohalarda qo‘llanilishi va yetishtirish texnologiyasi haqida qisqacha ma’lumotlar bayon etiladi.
