Mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarda ijtimoiy faol fuqarolik kompetentligini rivojlantirishning nazariy-pedagogik asoslari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, ijtimoiy faol fuqarolik kompetentligining mazmun-mohiyati, tarkibiy komponentlari hamda uni shakllantirishga ta’sir etuvchi omillar yoritilgan. Oliy ta’lim muassasalarida ta’lim jarayonini kompetensiyaviy yondashuv asosida tashkil etish orqali talabalarning fuqarolik mas’uliyati, ijtimoiy faolligi, huquqiy madaniyati va jamiyat hayotidagi ishtirokini kuchaytirish imkoniyatlari ko‘rsatib berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, innovatsion pedagogik texnologiyalar, interfaol metodlar va amaliy faoliyatga yo‘naltirilgan ta’lim bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning ijtimoiy faol fuqarolik kompetentligini samarali rivojlantirishga xizmat qilishi asoslangan.
