Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning ijtimoiy-pedagogik tayyorgarligini takomillashtirish masalasi ko‘rib chiqilgan. Oliy ta’lim muassasalarida pedagogik kadrlar tayyorlas jarayonida ijtimoiy-pedagogik kompetentlikni shakllantirish metodologiyasi, nazariy asoslari hamda amaliy yo‘nalishlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda integrativ yondashuv asosida bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarda kasbiy va ijtimoiy ko‘nikmalarni birga rivojlantirish mexanizmlari ilmiy asoslangan. Olingan natijalar pedagogik ta’lim sifatini oshirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqish imkonini beradi.
