Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ta’lim, fan va innovatsiya integratsiyasi sharoitida pedagog kadrlar tanqidiy fikrlashini rivojlantirish modeli tahlil qilinadi. Unda tanqidiy fikrlash pedagogning faqat individual intellektual sifati emas, balki kasbiy refleksiya, ilmiy izlanish, innovatsion faoliyat va boshqaruv muhitiga bog‘liq kompleks kompetensiya sifatida talqin qilinadi. Maqolada professional sentrizm g‘oyasi pedagog shaxsini ta’lim islohotlari, ilmiy-metodik faoliyat va innovatsion yangilanish markaziga qo‘yuvchi konseptual yondashuv sifatida asoslanadi. OECD tanqidiy va kreativ fikrlashni rivojlantirishda pedagoglarning kasbiy o‘qishi, baholash madaniyati va o‘quv jarayonini qayta loyihalash muhimligini ta’kidlaydi; UNESCO esa sun’iy intellekt davrida pedagoglar inson markazli yondashuv, AI etikasi, AI pedagogikasi va kasbiy rivojlanishda raqamli vositalardan ongli foydalanish kompetensiyalariga ega bo‘lishi zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
